Do you know what kind of human perception your culture embodies?

Every organization has either consciously or unconsciously adopted some kind of concept of people. It affects everything we do and shapes the company culture. When developing company culture and management culture, it doesn't matter what kind of person is trusted in your organization.

Come and hear what kind of human understanding leads to better job satisfaction and operational productivity. At worst, an unhealthy perception of people causes a decrease in motivation, inefficiency and outsourcing of responsibility. When a person is treated as a person, they do their best.

What the hell is human perception?

Culture embodies the prevailing perception of people

How do you put a person at the center of corporate culture?

Human understanding of people is the most important ability of a future leader. Come and hear how the prevailing perception of people affects management at its best, improving job satisfaction and efficiency.
At worst, an unhealthy perception of people causes a decrease in motivation, inefficiency and outsourcing of responsibility. When a person is treated as a person, they do their best. The perception of people in the organization - whether conscious or unconscious - affects management and the employee experience.

Every organization has adopted some kind of concept of people. The prevailing perception of people can be seen in the organization's culture, both in structures, guidance, operating methods and in how we treat each other in everyday life.

When developing company culture and management culture, it doesn't matter what kind of person is trusted in your organization.

It's time to put people at the center of management. Permanent change to management culture is achieved by changing the human perception of management. When the perception of people changes, the culture of the work community also changes.
